EDWARD
D. BEASLEY, is a graduate summa cum
laude, and member of Phi Beta Kappa of Dartmouth College, and holds a law degree
cum laude from
Washington and Lee, as well as a Masters of Law in Taxation from the Graduate Tax Program
at Boston University School of Law. He is the current Chairman of the Elder Law
Committee of the American Bar Association's General Practice Solo and Small Firm
Section Mr. Beasley is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys
(NAELA), the New Hampshire Bar Association (Elder Law Section) and is admitted to practice
in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Virginia. He recently
appeared on NBC Nightly News in a segment entitled," The Fleecing of America -
Inheritance Disputes." |

DAVID
H. FERBER, attorney, is a partner in
the law firm, Beasley and Ferber, P.A. His practice areas include elder law, estate
planning, probate, wills, trusts, and Medicaid law. Mr. Ferber is admitted to practice in
New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Maine, and Connecticut. He received his B.A.,
magna cum laude, and J.D. degrees from Columbia University. Mr. Ferber is a former member of the
Board of Directors of the New Hampshire Coalition Against Elder Abuse, Inc. and is a
current member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the New Hampshire Bar
Association (Elder Law Section) and is the current Vice Chair of the American Bar
Association's Elder Law Committee. |
