Although Beasley & Ferber, PA is best known as an Elder Law firm, Bankruptcy has always been an interest of Attorney David Ferber. He has had 12 years’ worth of experience in Bankruptcy law, representing both debtors and creditors, though primarily debtors, and has handled hundreds of Chapter 7 and 13 cases.

Providing personal attention to our clients has always been our top priority, which is why we have avoided the temptation of becoming large and bureaucratic. We have intentionally kept our size to two attorneys and two or three support staff. In this way, everyone in our office knows our clients, and when clients call, they get the individualized attention they deserve. We pride ourselves on representing bankruptcy clients with sensitivity and dignity, and seeing people through this most difficult time in their lives is of the utmost importance to us.

Our main office is in Concord, but we also have offices in Bedford and Nashua, and can meet clients there any time.
