BENEFICIARY 101

On Nov. 30, we will hold a special client-only workshop on Zoom called “BENEFICIARY 101.” This workshop is for clients and their adult children, designed to educate attendees on HOW to carry out an estate plan when the time comes: the overall expectations and impact, responsibilities of executors and powers of attorney, what exactly your trustee needs to do in order to pass the assets to the next generation, etc.
